Psychotherapy (also referred to as talk-therapy) involves a variety of treatments and therapeutic approaches to help clients process troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Psychotherapy is typically in-depth, long-term process that focuses on the client's feelings and past experiences while working towards personal growth, positive change, and overall wellbeing. My unique approach includes diverse therapeutic modalities that allow me to align my approach with your individual needs, treatment goals, and views/ values of healing. All sessions are offered as virtual only and take place on our secure video platform.
